In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And that was the First day.
And God created Heaven. And that was the Second day
And God created the Earth and the Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God created grass, herbs and trees on the earth: and it was so. God saw that it was good. And that was the Third day
And God created day, night, the seasons, days, and years: And God created the Sun, Moon and stars. And God created day and night and God saw that it was good. And that was the Fourth day
And God created the moving creatures that have life, The fowl, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth great whales, and every living creature that moved in the waters. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. and God saw that it was good. And that was the Fifth day

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, all other living things on the earth.
God created man in his own image, male and female. And God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over every living thing that move on the earth.
God said, Behold, I have given you every plant. and to every beast of the earth, and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And that was the Sixth day
The heavens and the earth were finished, on the seventh day God ended his work. God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it. And that was the Seventh day

The LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Created a garden in Eden and put the man whom he had formed in the Garden of Eden. God caused to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food. And also the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil God said to the man, "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat from it you shall surely die."

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help mate for him. And the LORD God caused Adam to go into a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he sleep and he took one of his ribs, and made a woman. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Now a man will leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
The serpent said to Eve, Yea, did God said, You shall not eat of every tree of the garden? God said, You shall not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil or touch it, lest you die. And the serpent said to the woman, You shall not surely die: For God knows that in the day you eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. So Eve took of the fruit of the tree, and eat it, and gave it to her husband with her and he ate. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

They heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called to Adam, and said to him, Where are you? I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And God said, Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree, which I commanded you that you should not eat?

Adam said, Eve who you gave to be with me, she gave me the fruit of the tree, and I did eat it. The LORD God said to Eve, What is this that you have done? Eve said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat it.
The LORD God said to the serpent, Because you did this, you are cursed above every beast. on your belly shall you go, and dust shall you eat all the days of your life:
And I will put enmity between you and Eve, and between your seed and her seed; it shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel. To Eve God said, I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; in sorrow you will bring forth children; and your desire shall be to your husband, and he shall rule over thee. And to Adam he said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and has eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it: cursed is the ground for your sake; in sorrow shall you eat of it all the days of your life;

Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to you; and you shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread, till you return to the ground; for out of it what you have taken: for dust you are, and to dust shalt you return. And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. To Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them. And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden, Cherub, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
