A beautiful woman with a scorpion
poised on her head her creature struck
death to the wicked, or save the lives
of innocent people stung by scorpions;
she also is a helper of women in
childbirth.
She bindes up demons that threaten
Ra, and she sent seven of her
scorpions to protect Isis from Set.
She was the protectress of Qebehsenuf
"Lady of the Beautiful Tent" referres
to her as a protector of the
embalmer's tent. In the Afterlife she
was said to watch over a dangerous
twist in a pathway.
