The Gate
When You Get to The Golden Gate
When we get what we want in our struggle of Life
And reached the top by Force and Fraud
In the final analysis of all of our strife
is We can not Deceive the Lord
When all is said and done, and all accounts are in
When we wait our turn at the Golden Gate
No Deception or lies can hide our Sin
We see the errors we have but now it is too late
For every man is born, and every life must go
We have free will to serve our selves, or our life we shear
What is right we really know. deep within out soul
So make the world better for our having been there
